*A complaint is a serious grievance against LWF Kenya –Djibouti or LWF Kenya –Djibouti staffs. It is an expression of concern or dissatisfaction by an individual or a group, related to possible misconduct in relation to activities, conduct of staff or how LWF works with communities and partners. It may concern quality of services, misuse of funds or position, corruption, fraud, sexual abuse or any other form of misconduct. All complaints are handled in accordance with LWF polices and guidelines. A complaint can be made anonymous and will always be handled with confidentiality. Complaints are received by the Representative and handled by a Complaints Handling Committee. If the complaint is about the Representative, the complaint shall be sent to LWF Head Office in Geneva.

*Feedback means any positive or negative comments, suggestions or thoughts about the work done by LWF or in general about LWF and LWF staffs.
